Infrastructure Management Solutions Limited
(trading as IMSL RAIL) has been established to provide a Project Completions Management Service to
the railway construction industry. We provide an effective,efficient and professional completions
and asset transfer service for infrastructure construction companies as well as asset owners and
maintainers.
With the experienced gained on Network Rail West Coast Main Line and
currently serving the North London Railway Project for the 2012 London Olympics our aim is to
provide a cost effective service to manage and improve the control of contractor and project team
activities to meet programmed targets for project completions, Entry into Service (EIS) and
Transfer of Maintenance Responsibility (ToMR) between asset maintainers.
Past and previous experience has shown that improvements can be made to
achieve delivery and close-out of construction projects of all sizes and disciplines.
With the early intervention from GRIP Stage 4 onwards, IMSL RAIL can
effectively assist projects to identify and achieve their program targets for infrastructure
construction, ToMR and project close-out within time and budget.
We have based our proposal primarily on the principles of Qualitative Risk
Assessment using our experience in assessing the likelihood of negativity and impact on time, cost
and performance, this in relation to project completion and ToMR management.
