1. Project costs escalate while retaining patrolling and maintenance responsibility.

2. Maintenance Ellipse and Geogis data incomplete or inaccurate.

3. Failure to meet Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007 could incur potential breach of these regulations and extra costs whilst retained under the project budget.
