For renewals and major re-signalling projects IMSL RAIL
will:
• Manage site construction activities
• Ensure compliance to Asset Management Plans
• Conduct site surveys including Dilapidation surveys for all disciplines
• Implement the requirements of Notification of Asset Change
(NOAC)
• Implement the requirements of Take-Over Certificates (TOC)
• Liaise with asset owners and maintainers
• Provide onsite training
• Interface with Asset Owners

Manage
completion activities following core construction
including:
• Snag removal
programs
• Site deliverable
• Document maintenance deliverables
• Entry into Service
• Asset Data Updates for ELLIPSE & GEOGIS
• Correlation of new or renewed assets for assurance
• Takeover of Maintenance Responsibility
• Health & Safety File deliverables
